To ensure the longevity and quality of your handmade singing bowl, it’s important to follow these care instructions:

  • Handle the bowl with care and avoid dropping or banging it against hard surfaces.
  • Store the bowl in a safe and dry place, away from extreme temperatures and humidity.
  • Use a soft cloth to clean the surface of the bowl and remove any dust or debris.

  • These bowls are handmade by skilled artisans, ensuring a unique and high-quality product.
  • The bowls come in different sizes and weights. The 5 inch bowl weighs 500 grams, 6 inch weighs 780 grams, 7 inch weighs 920 grams and 8 inch weighs 1320 grams.
  • The bowl has small engraving on diametrically opposite sides.
  • Each bowl comes along with a wooden felt mallet and a silk cushion ornate with traditional Tibetan motifs, providing a complete set for playing and display.
  • The bowl is made from an alloy of bronze with a few other additives.

 

How to effectively use your Singing bowl ?

Hold the singing bowl in the palm of your hand, ensuring that it is secure and stable. Gently strike the rim of the bowl with the mallet, using light to medium pressure. Now lightly move the mallet around the rim of the bowl in a circular motion. This will create a resonant and soothing sound. Allow the vibrations to resonate and fill the space, focusing on the sound and sensation it produces. Close your eyes and take deep, slow breaths, allowing yourself to fully relax and be present in the moment.

 

Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Bengaluru, India, by reputed courier agencies. Please allow the following number of days from receipt of your order.

  • All domestic orders are processed within one to two business days. You can expect delivery of the order within 3-7 business days. For locations that are in the interiors or complex coverage area, this may take between 10-12 working days We are currently shipping within India but will start worldwide shipping very soon.
  • Order deliveries will be made between 9AM – 6 PM Monday – Saturday. Excluding public holidays
  • Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot sign for your delivery, please suggest an alternative, i.e., a family member, colleague, neighbor, etc. However, SarvedaLife takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
