  • Use a soft cloth to clean the surface of the bowl and remove any dust or debris.

  • Each bowl comes along with a wooden felt mallet and a silk cushion ornated with traditional Tibetan motifs, providing a complete set for playing and display.

How to effectively use your Singing bowl ?

Hold the singing bowl in the palm of your hand, ensuring that it is secure and stable.Gently strike the rim of the bowl with the mallet, using light to medium pressure. Now lightly move the mallet around the rim of the bowl in a circular motion. This will create a resonant and soothing sound. Allow the vibrations to resonate and fill the space, focusing on the sound and sensation it produces. Close your eyes and take deep, slow breaths, allowing yourself to fully relax and be present in the moment.

 

 

Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Bengaluru, India, by reputed courier agencies. Please allow the following number of days from receipt of your order.

For locations that are in the interiors or complex coverage area, this may take between 10-12 working days We are currently shipping within India but will start worldwide shipping very soon.
